Each one of the above examples is a call to action. Far too many postcards, websites and brochures lack a strong call to action. At Cloud 9 Design, we improve your promotional materials by adding or enhancing the call to action.

 

The action request should be easy to find and equally simple to complete. For example, if screening customers is important then the telephone may be the best choice for initial contact. Maybe you have a young target customer. If that is so, Cloud 9 Design would suggest primary contact via text, e-mail or on-line. Large dollar deals tend to lend themselves towards face to face meetings and mailed plus e-mailed documents. The point is the same with each example. It is always best to streamline customer communication.

 

Make it as easy as possible for your customers to understand exactly what you do, to reach you and to buy your products and services quickly.

How Important is your Company Website?

Do all businesses really need a website?

 Simple answer - Ten years ago websites were quite expensive. Today, websites are so cheap that it is silly not to have one. Sure an e-commerce site with many features may cost thousands, but a simple site that is just a few pages to inform your customers what you do and how to contact you can be done for as little as $300. Remember, you can always add more pages or features to your website in the future.

You might be surprised how many new customers find you through your website!

Great Business Cards Generate ACTION!

Never allow your business card to be a static document that resembles the phone book. Make your cards WORK for you. A business card should include a short list of ONLY your most profitable offerings.

Make it easy for folks to reach you in the manner that you want them to. Do you prefer them to visit your office? Should they call you instead? Want customers to communicate with you by e-mail? Is it better if they simply buy from your web site? Your business card steers this activity by the way that you print the contact information and in what priority order the data is seen.

Ask yourself "What exactly do I want the person who holds my business card to do?" The answer will help determine the direction of the concept, design, tone, data and colors used in making your business card.

One last thing, cards are not expensive so order extra and give everyone two cards. At less than ten cents each, you cannot afford to keep them to yourself.
